Before arriving at Vapore, Hon. Nero made a brief stop at Tom Community, where he met with a female fashion designer shop owner, an accomplished entrepreneur with twenty-five apprentices under her tutelage. Impressed by her drive and ambition, Hon. Nero pledged to provide the necessary resources to expand her business and create more employment opportunities for female youths in the community.
