The Hon. MCE on his routine monitoring paid a visit to the ongoing business resource center located at Danko

Current updates on the MCE, Hon. Raymond Nero's official project inspections and community engagements within the Nandom Municipality are as follows:
The update is for the period Monday, 29th January 2024 to Friday, 2nd February 2024.
The Hon. MCE in his usual daily routine monitoring of projects in the municipality, took him to the almost completed Business Resource Centre (BRC) located at Danko, the beautifully erected edifice was undergoing the fixing of sliding windows. He was impressed with the progress and quality of work delivered so far.
The Danko-Brutu road construction, upon several visits during the period, was undergoing base filling.
Four (4) double culverts are under construction on the Kogle-Naapal road.
A brief visitation to the Betaglu CHPS and Betaglu JHS revealed some gaps that needed immediate attention. He assured the authorities that necessary action would be taken on them through the Municipal Assembly.
He visited a tragic fire incident scene at Baseble where a newly constructed clinic by the CARMEN group and a four bedroom with a Hall and a kitchen located around NANDOMSEC had burnt down, resulting in the loss of properties worth thousands of Ghana Cedis. Fortunately, no lives were lost.
He assured the victims and the community of his support through the NADMO Unit and the Municipal Assembly in the coming days.
His engagement with the Chiefs and Landlords of Tuopare and the contractor working on the Tuopare-Lassar road came to an amicable conclusion. The Chiefs and Landlords were able to locate a place for the contractor to fetch gravels for the construction of the EU road within the area.
In concluding his visitations and engagements for the week, he met with the Community Project Implementation Committee (CPIC) and Facilitators for the Social Cohesion Project (SOCO) at the KO JHS and at the Nandom Orphanage halls respectively. The meeting aimed to address their concerns and find lasting solutions to challenges that may hinder the progress of the ongoing SOCO projects within the Municipality.
