HON. MCE PARTICIPATED IN THE ZOOMLION GHANA ANNUAL GET-TO-GATHER ON WEDNESDAY 8TH FEBRUARY, 2023

The late afternoon of Wednesday, 8th February, 2023 had the gathering of Management of Nandom Zoomlion Ghana, about Seventy Four (74) Zoomlion Staff in addition to some invited key stakeholders at the Roses Spot in Nandom. The purpose was to celebrate their annual get-to-gather party. This is deemed important to the organisation because, it informs them of the need for organizational restructuring and most importantly address staff welfare and concerns in order to achieve their set goal each year.
The Hon. MCE been the official guest speaker in his address, praised management and Staff of Zoomlion Ghana-Nandom for their selfless and exceptional work they keep delivering to constantly ensure total sanity in the Municipality. He assured them of his solemn support by seeing to it that they are provided with the necessary working tools for an effective work delivery but would also humbly ask for their patience to bear with management if there were some needs management were currently constrained with in taking immediate actions due to the recent economic hardship. He however mentioned that they should make it a conscious effort to have the Municipality at heart than to allow politics play an integral role in their daily lives. He lastly stressed on the need for parents to send their children to school since education is the key to many closed opportunities in today’s world as well as the need for workers to ensure safety at all times in their line of duty to prevent accidents. He then made a donation to support their good course.
The Regional Environmental Health Officer in her address also congratulated staff for their exceptional service to the organisation. She however, mentioned some few challenges that included; inadequate working tools, irregular payments or delay in payments of allowances, the constant use of their sim cards to serve as an easy medium to making payments, the need for them to establish unity and respect amongst themselves to create a conducive working environment and the wearing of protective clothing at all times.
The event ended with merry making, networking, picture capturing moments and the acknowledgement of some distinguished staff.
